RISCA grant for Rachel

Congratulations to Rachel Panitch, the Rhode Island Fiddle Project, and Pawtucket's Woodlawn Community Development Corporation which recently received a $5,000 grant from the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts to support the RI Fiddle Project, now beginning its fourth year.
