Bach and Friends

Join us on Sunday, October 27 at 4pm for an afternoon of baroque music performed by the MusicWorks Collective and guests at the dazzling new Pavilion space at Grace Episcopal Church. The program offers a glimpse into the world of 17th century weddings, parties, and battles with Bach’s “Wedding Cantata” (BWV 202), featuring the brilliant soprano Kristen Watson, the rousing “Battalia” by Heinrich Biber, a harpsichord concerto by Bach contemporary Wilhelmina of Prussia featuring harpsichordist Michael Bahmann, and the ever-popular Brandenburg Concerto no. 3.
