MusicWorks Collective in Concert: Time’s Echo with Jeremy Eichler

For this event, Community MusicWorks is thrilled to welcome scholar, writer, and musician Jeremy Eichler, whose recent award-winning book Time’s Echo makes an eloquent case for the role of music as memory-bearer for culture.
The afternoon’s program will include a presentation by Jeremy followed by a MusicWorks Collective performance of Benjamin Britten’s “Chacony” from the String Quartet No. 2 and Dmitri Shostakovich’s Piano Trio No. 2.
