Sonata Series Event #1: Adrienne Taylor / Sebastian Ruth / Andrei Baumann

In our first Sonata Series Event of the season, CMW Resident Musicians Adrienne Taylor and Sebastian Ruth are joined by guest pianist Andrei Baumann to share a musical evening of rich lyricism and deep expression.
The program features Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s affecting Variations for Cello and Piano, a transcription of Antonín Dvořák’s Silent Woods from the composer’s cycle for piano four-hands, Ze Šumavy (From the Bohemian Forest), and Paul Hindemith’s beautifully crafted Sonata for Viola and Piano in F Major.
