DESCRIPTION:Songs of Darkness and Light is a family solstice-themed celebration featuring performances by the MusicWorks Collective and storyteller Valerie Tutson. Join us in the magically festive Community MusicWorks Center for a drop-in interactive experience that includes performances\, crafts\, songs\, hot chocolate and other sweet treats! \nThis event features a reading of The Longest Night by Marion Dane Bauer. In Bauer’s award-winning children’s book\, various woodland creatures attempt to bring back the sun on the longest night of the year.
