Ars Subtilior Festival

In the fourth season of the Ars Subtilior series, CMW musicians and guests explore subtlety in experimental music, allowing all participants (audience and performers) to engage in quiet and deep listening. This weekend’s Festival features composer André Cormier.

Saturday’s performance at the RISD museum features several performances: works based on the epic poem Conversations by Acadian writer Herménégilde Chiasson (with guest soprano Andrea Young), a performance of Libellules (Dragonflies) by CMW Phase II students and Microbes performed by the MusicWorks Collective.
